Acrodance is the beautiful fusion of the artistic motion of dance and the athleticism of acrobatics. Skills taught in Acro might look the same as gymnastics, but they are taught differently.

 

Classes will focus on the study of five areas of technique; Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Limbering, and Tumbling.

 

 Coach Shelby is an Acrobatic Arts Certified instructor and will progress students through skills and the Acro 1-3 classes as appropriate.
