David Finning
Co-Owner and Head Boys Coach
David began his gymnastics career in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He trained in Tulsa for 4 years before moving to Houston to train at Cypress Gymnastics Academy. David was an elite gymnast and was a medalist at many State and Region 3 Championships. He was part of the Level 10 Region 3 team for 4 years and a Nationals Qualifier for 4 years. Coach David was a member of the University of Oklahoma men's gymnastics team where he trained and competed under coach Mark Williams.
David began his coaching career at age 15 while in Texas. His love for gymnastics and for his athletes pushed him to open up his own gym so boys can train at the highest level in the Tulsa area. He is a respected leader in Region 3 and has coached numerous State Champions, Regional Champions, and National Qualifiers. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, running, and training in the gym. His favorite event is the High Bar.
